3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration: To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify MyResto Today of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3. Account Types: MyResto Today offers different account types for diners and Restaurant Partners, each with specific features and responsibilities.

4. Restaurant Partner Terms

4.1. Service Subscription: Restaurant Partners agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for using MyResto Today's services, including the POS, CRM, and QR-based ordering systems.

4.2. Restaurant Information: Restaurant Partners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their establishment, menu items, prices, and availability.

4.3. Compliance: Restaurant Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to food safety, hygiene, licensing, and business operations in India.

4.4. Review System: Restaurant Partners acknowledge that MyResto Today operates a verified diner-only review system and agree not to manipulate or attempt to influence reviews through improper means.

5. Diner Terms

5.1. Review Authenticity: Diners may only submit reviews for restaurants where they have actually dined. Submitting false reviews is prohibited.

5.2. Review Content: Reviews must be honest, factual, and not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

5.3. BezCoin Usage: Diners agree to use the BezCoin loyalty system in accordance with program rules and not to engage in fraudulent activities to accumulate rewards.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by MyResto Today, its licensors, or other providers of such material.

6.2. Limited License: MyResto Today grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

6.3. Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without written permission from MyResto Today.

7. AI-Powered Features

7.1. Dining GPT: MyResto Today's AI-powered recommendation system provides personalized suggestions based on user preferences, dining history, and other factors. These recommendations are for informational purposes only.

7.2. Data Usage: By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge that your data may be processed to improve the accuracy and relevance of recommendations.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Using any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Platform
• Impersonating another person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyResto Today shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9.2. MyResto Today is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or experiences provided by Restaurant Partners.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyResto Today and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

11. Modifications to Terms

MyResto Today reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

12.1. MyResto Today may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

12.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of India.
